At Brava, we combine best-in-class products with best-in-class experience. Here is what you can expect after you place your order:

Order Confirmation

We will send you a copy of what you ordered to verify and provide a window of when you can expect it to ship!

Technical Support

We will send you contact info and reach out to your installer to provide pre-installation training. Please, reach out directly if desired!

Project Changes?

We will reach out prior to your order entering production because we get it, sometimes projects change or delay, let us know and we will do what we can!


We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm details, send you confirmation info and provide contact info to the shipping company.

Packing List

Get a detailed description of what you ordered and what was shipped on each pallet to make sure you have everything.

Add-ons or Returns

We prefer to have neither! We recommend reviewing your material takeoff to make sure you have enough material and waste, but we can take care of you, if needed and the material is fully recyclable! Note: Restocking and return fees may apply.

Warranty Registration

We want to make sure that you are covered and ready to transfer your 50 Year Warranty if the situation arises. We've made it easy in the "customer service" section of our website.
