• The first step towards becoming Level 2 certified is meeting with your Regional Technical Support Specialist to review keys to success, tools for integration, and to set up a collaboration project. Level 2 Integration is required for all profiles you plan to install. Level 2 Integration is not installation training but validates installations remotely and allows installers to practice collaborating with Brava Technical Support.
