This was a project that was completed by another contractor but keyway spacing was not done correctly and the roof would have been problematic in a very short period of time. In this case we were called in to remove the newly installed Brava Roof down to the deck, redo the ice and water and then install 120+ squares again. Importantly all metal work had to be done with 316 Stainless Steel and we were completing the roof in accordance with the IBHS Fortified Program. Lastly, this project was also inspected and approved by Brava for an Endurance Warranty. Overall a gorgeous product that will last decades.
